In brief
I am a procurement and tendering consultant with 16 years of experience in tender processes, public procurement and internationally funded projects. I have managed complex procurement operations — with annual budgets that can exceed US$300 million — under Public Procurement Law No. 4734, World Bank regulations and EU-funded projects.
My focus is on solutions that fit each organisation’s objectives, minimise risk and put regulatory compliance at the centre, including exempt and out-of-scope procurement. Knowing the perspective of both contracting authorities and bidders is the foundation of my work.

Management of procurement of goods, services and consultancy under Public Procurement Law No. 4734, EU projects, World Bank regulations and exempt/out-of-scope arrangements. Review of technical specifications and compliance checks; evaluation of bids and complaints; preparation and review of tender documents. Coordination of projects under international loan agreements and preparation of procurement plans. Cost estimates, market research, process and outcome reports.
