Privacy

This is an English translation provided for information. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

This page summarises in plain language how the ozeracar.com website (the "Site") handles visitor information. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is in the Privacy Notice (KVKK).

What do we collect?

• You do not need to provide any personal information to browse the Site.
• Information is collected only when you fill in a form yourself (request form, newsletter subscription, document request).
• The Site does not use advertising or visitor-tracking tools; no profile is built from your behaviour. Visits are counted only in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies (for example, how many times a page was opened and which site visitors came from).

How are the forms protected?

• The forms are protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile. The verification box runs on Cloudflare’s own domain; during this check Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser for bot detection (Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum).
• To block many submissions from the same source in a short time, your IP address is not stored; only an irreversible hash is kept for 24 hours.
• Requests are not stored anywhere public, but in a protected database that only the site owner can access.

Newsletter

• Subscription is double opt-in: you are not added to the list until you click the link in the email you receive.
• There is a separate consent box for the newsletter that is not ticked in advance.
• You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each email.

External links

WhatsApp, LinkedIn and official-source links on the Site lead to other websites. Their own privacy rules apply.

Service providers

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare, and visit statistics are kept with Cloudflare Web Analytics; emails are sent via Resend and the newsletter via Brevo. Details and information on transfers abroad are in the Privacy Notice (KVKK).
